Back to school!

Not just any school,  but Gin School at the Hinch Distillery! The Sloanehill Ladies were out in force, 8 of us at the Distillery to make our own bottle of gin and then have lunch. We had a fabulous afternoon,  such fun! We heard the history of gin, and the botanicals needed to make it, then we made our own bottle,  blending the botanicals to our personalised recipe.  Then we had a G&T using the gin made at the Distillery,  called Ninth Wave, I can recommend it if you like gin! We then had lunch at the Hinch Brasserie - with wine of course!!
We had such a great time that we're planning on going back in the new year for the whiskey tasting
