Aesthetically pleasing

These are Delicata Squash.. Just love the colours and texture and would I Buy them if not in my Riverford's box probably not! due to oh that's a faf to prepare.

parkrun 190 today.. at the hardest and hilliest by choice to improve!! since being out injury, lost some fitness and collected a few pounds.. (sadly)

I'm at work tomorrow covering a shift on bank tomorrow. Very happy to be able to do this and still see my patients..

Then I do have a week.off with possibly 1 day work bank before my new Job
Still not exicted just going with the flow.
