The Joy of Parkrun

I left the house this morning in walking boots, thermal underwear, winter trews, waterproof leggings, lifa, fleece, puffer jacket, buff and waterproof jacket with my warmest hat and gloves!  All very necessary for marshalling on a wet, windy parkrun Saturday morning.  The weather meant that numbers were down but 50+ hardy souls turned out to do their four laps of our park.

This young runner fair sped round the bandstand and into the finish,  well done!
