When news comes unexpectedly

Mittz and I are having a quiet afternoon rest. I am having a quiet day all day. Not sure why I feel tired or maybe a bit sad. I had a phone call early this morning with news that a girl I went to primary school with many years ago died on Weds. A peaceful death in her sleep caused by a heart problem. I havent been in touch with her for about 6 years but it still made me sad remembering us as 9/10 year olds. She had no family except her sister who phoned me. So sad!
