A bunny

As a change from flowers and Christmas here’s a photo of a wild rabbit.

This afternoon I was booked in to visit a friend’s mother in her care home. She and my late mother used to chat for ages on the phone with each other (often not quite making out what the other said).

I last met M at her granddaughter’s engagement party pre-lockdown so, lateral flow test taken, I set off to see her for a catch up. She was in good form.

The home is in the west of Edinburgh and overlooks a golf course with views of the Pentland Hills in the distance. As I parked the car close to a tree lined embankment this rabbit was hopping around in the undergrowth and did not seem too troubled by my presence.
