Snuffed Out

The advent candles are seriously sooty and are stinking up the kitchen! They’ll be replaced pretty soon though as they’re also burning down pretty quickly. We’re not purists, they all get burnt at once.
Wrote our first Christmas card today, it’s moving inexorably closer. Was up town too and another couple of presents are now scored off the list, still a few to go. Edinburgh is hooching by the way, tourists from all corners seem to be flocking in. Just the start of the Christmas and New Year build up.
It was good fun at the now monthly online get-together tonight but now we’re sitting and just chilling in a post Weissbier glow, listening to Leonard by candlelight. That’s some serious chilling!
