A busy time

After the beautiful blue skies yesterday, it was so grey today.

The village was busy this afternoon with farm vehicles depositing clumps of earth on the roads and parents waiting to collect their children from school.

I’ve written to the cardiologist to ask about the results of the CT scan that was done a couple of months ago. I feel a bit mean bothering them when things are so busy, but what’s the point of half doing a job. Our GP practice doesn’t chase up results, it’s the responsibility of the patient. Heaven help those who are less able or don’t have someone to act on their behalf.
