Aragog

The Tripadvisor reviews for our hotel are terrible - probably deservedly so, but we have stayed here before and knew what we were getting ( definitely NOT a chic boutique stay). One of the reviews mentions finding a nest of spiders in the room - yikes - happily we only found a nest of spiders round the corner at the Harry Potter Tour. Our third time there and we enjoyed it as much as ever, especially with only half the amount of people allowed in ( and all temp checked and masked). 

We then wandered around St Albans and will see David in his new flat tonight - he is then driving home to Hudds for a few days while we head to Whipsnade Zoo and a nice hotel for a night. I think that’s us done then - back home to batten down the hatches!

I was booster vaccinated on Wednesday - Moderna - absolutely no side effects at all; we can only do what we are being asked and keep everything crossed that the lying piece of **** we have for a PM is getting something right…….
