Making Dahl

A little bit of food prep this morning. Comfort food for December that is. Here go the lentils into the masala. The whole hob is awash with spills but it can be cleaned.

Another lovely dawn but puzzlingly no sign of the old moon which was very clear yesterday. I took a few photos of the sunrise and they turned out quite well but the food is more colourful.

One more interview for this week in the early afternoon then a dog walk with a friend. A good way to start the weekend. Wishing you a good one.
