Easter weekend snow

I tried to make the most of the late evening sun today, liking the longer daylight at the end of the day now the clocks have gone forward (mine went forward so far it fell off the nightstand, boom boom). Took some good shots of the Balmoral Hotel, one of which was going to be my blip until on the way home I spotted the sun shining on the snow covered Pentland Hills. Given that this picture was taken at maximum optical zoom and then zoomed in more during editing, I'm surprised at how clear it's turned out. The Pentland Hills are a low range of hills at the southern edge of Edinburgh.
