Nab Scar

When we walked the Fairfield Horseshoe a few months ago, we missed Nab Scar on the way down. (and that's the second time we've done that!) So today we Walked from Ambleside through to Rydal, then up to Nab Scar. pretty steep (and slippery) climb, but at least now we've marked it for next time. 

Although much of the walk was cloudy (and raining) There was a moment on the way up where the light came out behind us, to light up the slopes above Ambleside. I always say "make sure you look behind you" as the light may be different on the way down.
