Icy puddle

A cold night with a sprinkling of snow left icy puddles in the park, this one had been driven over by a tractor clearing some of the storm damage.
After the HEalth Walk it was back up to church to cook for cafe, not so many people out today (?the cold) but those who did come ate nearly enough to make up for the ones who weren't there.
Short, gentle run later. I wanted to get out but didn't want to overdo it because of the cold I have (it isn't too bad, more annoying than anything).
