Kirkby Lonsdale

The dentist said I could go for gentle walks . So I walked very sedately round the night orienteering course in Kirkby Lonsdale after an unexpected wisdom tooth extraction. There was I thinking an old amalgam filling would be replaced but no, the culprit was the wisdom tooth. Still feeling a bit shocked but I think the fresh air did me good.
Pleased to find I was nowhere near last even with the gentle pace.Here we have some runners including Mr P discussing routes.
