Golden End to my Day

Busy, busy all day, wishing I could be outside in the sunshine, but just too much work to be done!

Promised myself I would go to Pilates after sitting at a desk all day but what about my blip. Grabbed my camera thinking I would maybe capture a Seagull at Connel Bridge on the way.

Jumped out of the car and down beside the water, scanning for something interesting before I dashed to my class. Suddenly as if I had just put in an order two beautiful ducks flew in and landed in the loch almost in front of me. I was already standing there quite still so they were happy but not as happy as me clicking away and no idea what they were.

All through my Pilates class I was thinking please let some of them be in focus (I was quite excited taking the pics) because I wanted to identify what I had taken - turned out to be two gorgeous little Goldeneye's - never seen them before on Loch Etive!

So a golden end to my challenging day.
