Arrocher Alps In The Frame

Hi folks , seems I hit a bit of a "bum" note with last night's cyclist rear end blip. I had a bit of fun with it as did a few fellow blippers.

Tonight it's back to the scenic Argyll blips. As it should be given the wall to wall sunshine today. A cracking but chilly start of Spring day, two washings blowing in the wind and a spot of gardening before I realised the day was racing away from me. Had to drop everything and pack my accordion then head down the road to Lochgilphead for my lesson which went not too badly. Still an awful lot to learn .

I stopped on the way to Lochgilphead above Minard Hill where you get a great view over the hills on this side of the loch all the way up to the snow topped Arrocher Alps. I liked the way Minard Hill framed the Alps with the tree on the right adding extra framing. There is an even better view further down the hill but nowhere safe to stop. Some day I will park at the bottom or find somewhere near the top of the hill and walk to the best viewpoint as it really is a wonderful view.

LARGE might be worth a look if you have time.
