Pacific Grove

We drove to Pacific Grove today to shop, eat, and see the sights. The shopping didn't amount to much even though the yarn shop is a really good one. Lunch was good, and the sights were unexpected. We found the local Monarch butterfly sanctuary, and saw thousands of butterflies huddled together for protection from the cold, but my iPhone couldn't capture much of a picture - too far away. By the time we looked for a walk along the coast, it was completely fogged in, cold, and we were getting tired, but what a surprise to see fog, though it seemed to be only in one area; by the time we headed for home, it was back to the sunny days we've had here.
