Pie and quiz

Spent the morning creating a path up the garden through the snow so that Mum can walk up using her Zimmer as I can get the car down the road but as the hill is so steep I won't be able to come back up so she will have to walk. The other end of the road in front of her house is still blocked I can't dig it out on my own and it doesn't look like the neighbours up that end are going to do anything. Sigh, moan over. Went down to Sanquhar for a Queen of the South fans quiz night. We came fourth not bad as we did really badly in the music round. Need young blood. At half time there were pies but oddly not the usual peas (dried and boiled and served with vinegar).
