Austin day

[AJ update, care home moving her things to a nursing room and plans for discharge tomorrow x]

Normal start to the day, with the addition of Austin. Childminder had a planned day off so able to help out :)

Full packed day planned - meeting friends at 11 at a nearby arts centre, catching up with an ex-colleague, lovely to catch up; then on to a local pub/restaurant - baby shower event for one of our OT’s. Austin was good at both places, had his packed lunch at the pub and then around 1:30 left. Austin showing signs of needing a nap, so took the long way home (went a got some petrol, coffee and then sat on the drive drinking my coffee while he slept). Managed about 10 minutes in doors w it’s him before back in the car to get Caleb from school. :)

Feet up and relaxing this evening :)

Managed to open number 1 of my advent calendar - puzzle advent (puzzle a day). Today was a Santa sack. Hubby had the Harry Potter Lego and I have another Lego but haven’t got round to opening today. :)
