Ho Ho Ho.....

Another day of chaos.
The electricity came back on about 11 pm last night so first job was to disconnect the genny and switch the house back to the mains. The kitchen seemed very bright now !
Wee brother phoned to say that the Scottish Power crew had cut the fence into the wood last night so they could get in to repair the lines. So had to shift cattle round about here to empty a shed so we could bring in the field of cows and calves before they all got into the wood.
Then the drainers turned up to have another go at the drains in the steading but they couldn't get working until the cattle were in the shed. Eventually got my breakfast about lunch time.
An afternoon spent bedding cattle,mixing and bagging up feed for the morning and various other things that should have been done this morning .
It must be December as the postie turned up in his annual Christmas get up. So I thought I better give him his annual spot on Blipfoto.....
