Butler's Sink (Oak Tree & Grass Included)

Because I can't get them out. I have 2 of these sinks which I think will have to go as I really dont have a spot for them. But..... the only way to get the oak tree out is to break the sink. And the grass thingy is stuck fast, so ditto.
