The day off work involved a trip to the flicks to see Petite Maman (again). There were several surprises for me with this re-viewing during its short 72 minutes running time - by my calculations I must have nodded off for approximately 10% of the film last time round. No wonder I struggled to get into it and it didn't really grab me emotionally last week. But today....terrific stuff.
