Breaking new ground on the allotment

I took my partner along to the allotment with me today, he'd promised me some help so it was good to put him to work on one of the beds I'd not managed to tackle so far. It was bitterly cold so we gave it about an hour before heading home for coffee and Simnel cake, but it was amazing what we achieved in that time. Next visit, weeding!
