Visions of Mousies Danced in Her Head

This is where Louisa May likes to take her cat naps most of the time.  I made a little napping nest for her from a throw blanket.  The house is all decorated for Christmas now and 3 packages mailed.  More to wrap and box up and cards to write.  With memories of teaching dancing in my head, I made a "gingerbread" house out of an empty cardboard box and paint markers, the sort of thing I would have done with my students.(extra)  I put a little battery candle in it and then laughed out loud.  The flicker flame made it look like the house was on fire!  Guess I have to think of a plan B for lighting the house!
