Ooh, ooh, ooh, ah, ah, ah!

I spent three hours this afternoon swinging through the trees with Mr hazelh, our friend Karen, and her daughter Eve at Go Ape Matfen.

It's the first time that I have done anything like this, and I was surprised how soon I lost my (supposed) fear of heights. I really enjoyed myself. However, I feel like my arms have almost been wrenched out of their sockets, and I think I'll be rather stiff in the morning.
