An hour in York

The builders were back again today, making more noise than yesterday! So I headed to York for the day. It was freezing cold. Too cold for me to take my gloves off to take any photos!

I took shelter in The Earl Grey Tea Room in the Shambles. There I had a nice pot of Lapsang Souchong. After that I went home, like a right Southern Softie!!
