Red sky at night

Although it’s red sky in the afternoon really as every day gets so dark so bloody early.
It’s been an odd day. I’ve been waiting all day for the plumber to arrive to fix the leak on the loo. Needless to say he didn’t come as he’d come across an emergency.
I finished my book and started another.
And spent all day worrying about Adam who had to come home from work as he was having periods of intense abdominal pain. He managed to get a doctors appointment and was told they couldn’t find anything untoward with his tummy but she was concerned about his heart rate. He was very anxious though and had been in a lot of pain. I think things have calmed down a bit now but we’re leaving our phones on just in case.
