I went out to the bins and look who ran in the door and leapt up on the table. What a lad!

He’s grown a bit since we last saw him but still as cuddly.

Went to Bannantynes twice - once for a dance class at 9.15 called Sh’ban - music was fab and the instructor was a live wire. Went to the gym right after and then went back in the afternoon for something completely different - Tai Chi! I was inspired by the Japanese guy at Martin Moniz square, Lisbon every morning at 8.00am way back in October 2017 but he was doing it with his Samurai sword! I always remembered this. Tom the instructor was def not in this category he was good and devoted to it but he just had an old trackie bottoms on and I was almost the youngest in the room but the oldies were so friendly and it’s good to try something new.
