Hestingott and Thistle Court

A cold and calm day.  It was a sunny morning, cloudy afternoon, and then wet snow this evening. 

Another early start in the airport.  I have been on the check-in desk all day.  So many delays today. One plane went tech last night at Sumburgh, with another tech in Kirkwall, meaning so many delays to sort out today.  Me and Sammy enjoyed a big walk around Scalloway this evening, and then big Brian and Madeline popped by for a cuppa. 

Nipped out to the Toab shop at break time this morning, and as I arrived, the sun starting to peep over Sumburgh Head.  A lovely golden glow for the winter sun, but I wasn't really in the great place to make best use of the light.  It did give a lovely golden glow over the landscape, and up to the houses.   Looking towards Hestingott and Thistle Court, Virkie.
