Eye eye!

Took L for her first eye test today.

During one of the lockdowns the usual eye screening at school (in Reception class) didn’t happen and the school advised all parents in Year One to take their children for an eye test instead.

Done!

It was a very comprehensive eye test with retina photographs included. L is a little long-sighted but doesn’t need glasses. Back in a year to monitor.

The optometrist did lots of checks very quickly and L did her best to keep up and follow all the instructions. She was brave and did very well. Proud mummy too.
