Pacific Ocean

This morning we went for a walk from Manly to Shelley Beach. I used to do it regularly back in the '70s but rarely since. It hadn't changed as much as I'd expected but the girls didn't have tatts then. They might not now if they could hear Mr isbi's comments on them.

Then we minded the twins while Helen had some time off. They slept from 1:30-4pm and were as good as gold when they woke up.
Julia brought dinner over. She is a very good cook :-)
