Wasted day 3

I’m not any better today with my back pain and have been in bed all day - apart from a couple of laps around the house to see if I can still walk.

I appreciated phone calls from my daughter and WWombat and visit from our other daughter plus some messages from family. Thanks for all your kind thoughts.
