Dislocated Elbow

I was at the beach yesterday, and had another accident! I took a fall and suffered a complete dislocation of the left elbow. The photo shows the empty socket and then when the bones were put back into place. It all has been very painful. Now at home reading, resting, and wearing a sling.
Life sometimes slows us down.
