Lights

The village lights were switched on last night. They look lovely and cheerful.
A Monday that was Monday.
It was freezing in school today.
E had a very tricky lesson observation today. The children were very out of sorts which didn’t help but she passed so that is good. There were positives which in the moment are hard to see. When we talked it through she was reflective and has a good lesson for tomorrow. It made me think back to my placements. It’s not easy but it does make you resilient. Even 26 years on lessons don’t always go right for me either. It happens to everyone.
