Worn out from the stress

We took the cats to the vet's for their pre-op blood tests - the idea was that we'd pick them up again after about an hour.... three hours later the call came for us to pick them up, apparently there'd been 'an emergency with a dog' .I don't know what went on but one cat is fine and has eaten but the other just sits still with a depressed air about it!
