Winter wonderland

So many trees blown down up here in the north east of Scotland, but this area in the photo seems to have escaped unharmed.
The weather forecast says it is going to get warmer later today so I guess the snow will be gone by tomorrow.
The general consensus seems to be that this has been the worst storm for seventy years.
The big question is, was it a “one off” or the result of climate change? If it is the latter, I expect fierce storms will become more common. Very worrying.
