Heatpack

Done some usual chores today in the morning as normal and I had to sit by the afternoon and pretty much do nothing with this heat pack on my back du to the pain in my back. It does helped a little especially if I can tolerate it quite hot along with pills too. Not a great pic today but hey ho.

As I am working overtime hours due to Covid I do catch up on the chores I don't get to during the week.
