Looking down

Hector and I admired the view from Bepton Down this afternoon, looking in the general direction of Cocking. It’s going to be a chilly one tonight. As I type, it’s snowing outside and I’m sitting indoors, in front of the fire, with a good book.

In other news, when I went out to top up the bird feeders this morning, I discovered that the badger has been back. It’s dug a massive hole under the fence - laughing in the face of our badger-proofing measures - and made a right mess of the lawn. Grrrr.
