Icy Garden

The wind from Storm Arwen died down overnight but was followed by a light fall of snow. This provided an opportunity for a close-up shot of these little buds on the climbing hydrangea - we hope they don't succumb to the cold weather!

Our granddog left this afternoon to go back to Edinburgh with her humans so the house seems strangely quiet - but she'll be back in just over a week for a much longer stay.
