The right tool

Getting some help replacing my anchor rode because the old chain was too rusty to trust after 20+ years.  It was surprisingly difficult (impossible?) to open up and remove the old shackle with hand tools. Fortunately I have a sailing adjacent friend with a high tech manufacturing business (making things such as pump parts with highly specialized plastics as far as I understand it) with fantastic machines on every table. Overkill for the job, I'm sure, but fun to watch.
