Making Hay!

A bitterly cold day with strong winds...and the addition of snow chaos back at home! However, here in Cononley there was just a small dusting and many a blue sky to enjoy with sunshine too.

Perfect weather for layering up, donning a bobble hat and going for a long stroll. :-) We walked the little lanes and ways to Skipton, enjoyed a look in the little shops and made our way back with a new bargain £5 jigsaw from The Works. A challenge to complete the 500 pieces by tomorrow...and after Strictly, we put in the final piece!! :-D

I hate my birthday, relatively passionately, as to me it signifies another year passing by without fulfilling societies expectations for, a now, 31 year old...I know that's just me being me and I should jolly well get over it...so that's enough of that!

I've received some lovely cards and thoughtful gifts, and had the greatest gifts of all...time and adventures. :-) I know I'm very lucky to have all of that. :-)
