Cervesaria Alemana

We're now in the train back to Barcelona. I was well-able to walk around this morning after yesterday's fall, albeit a wee bit sore. Lunch in the Cervesaria Alemana on Plaza Santa Anna, one of our usual Madrid haunts - croquettes, prawns and some tripe Madrid style for Bb. Bb blipped this bookshop the other day as an extra and here it is from the inside looking out. A lovely shop in a lovely street!  Despite my mishap last night, it's been a really enjoyable trip and a successful work visit too for me. A welcome change of scene all round. We always say when we're in Madrid that it would be fun to stay here for a few months. We said the same this time, but have added 'not in winter or in the height of summer'.  Hasta la próxima Madrid!
