Another Wallace statue, not the best I've seen, but far from the worst.
Sir William was not in the light today, but the round tower behind him was. The winter sunshine today was gorgeous, as can be seen by the stone contrast here. 
If Mel Gibson ever tries to enter Scotland again, I think he should be driven out of town. Any town, in any country, actually. 
After a morning deconstructing a wrecked fence, and putting up a temporary screen, this was a super, relaxing walk.
The wind is much lower than it was last night.
