Off lightly ....

We emerged from Storm Arwen relatively unscathed - a light dusting of snow in the morning which soon melted and lots of leaves blown into garden.

Elsewhere in town there are a  fallen trees and there have also been power cuts, some lasting for a few hours and others overnight. 

We have friends coming round for supper tonight - T is making a chicken curry and accompaniments. I contributed a dal, made in the slow cooker.
