Bundt cake

I looked up what a Bundt cake was. It is simply a cake baked in a pan of different shapes. The word Bundt is derived from a German word meaning a cake for a gathering . The inventor of the pan added a T. This one is essentially a gingerbread house and is gluten free. I have another in the oven which is chocolate chip. Both are for the family carol service on the 12th December.
