Trees down everywhere

What a night that was!

Always amazed by nature and the ability of wildlife to survive and even thrive in harsh conditions but how they get through something like last night…..just in awe.

My parents live in Aberdeenshire. Four of their trees came down overnight. Fortunately missed the house but I’ll need to go up and cut them all up at some point. And fix their roof tiles!

Little Perspex shelter ripped off the side of their house and sitting in adjacent field. Oh and they’ve had no power since last night

Asda at Peterhead had the roof ripped off their restaurant. Some other cafe loaf it’s roof and the Tesco was closed this morning due to storm damage, so I think the Lothians missed the worst of it.
