Twin Towers

These Victorian towers, silhouetted against the early morning sky, are almost all that remains of the old Victoria Infirmary in Glasgow.

It was a much loved and now much missed hospital which served the south-east of Glasgow from 1880 until 2015.

A new hospital was built but it has no A & E department. It does have a minor injuries service which is always incredibly busy.
