Beauty is all around us.

The first snow across the moors.

The Feast Day of St. Fergal.
We woke to snowy roofs and cars and the wind was still very strong and loud.  It was gusty all night. Thankfully, the roads and pavements were not covered in our neighbourhood but other parts of Lancashire have more snow..
The bird feeding pole in the garden was down and after I went out for the paper, there was much to clear up. It is 4c, but feels much colder.
Others have had a much worse time.
The blip is a view looking from Rishton, across the Leeds Liverpool canal towards the snow on the Oswaldtwistle moors. The houses are on Dill Hall Lane.
Go carefully blip friends. More snow is expected and the temperature is due to plummet overnight in many places.
