It Used To Be An Aster....

.....and some still call it that, but taxonomically this wildflower with pink and/or yellow center parts, now belongs in the genus Symphyotrichum and has many varieties and names.  I still have much to learn about these little wildflowers, but since my husband and I had a chance to go for a walk today and it IS Flower Friday, I wanted to let you see them. And yes, a tiny pareidolia sneaked into the shot, as well!  Thanks to Biker Bear for hosting.....
