Monkey speak + dub ?

A little seedy this morning (I know you are surprised) so a late start. I stopped at Lavender Bay today on my way to my mum's house in Lane Cove to pick up the dogs before driving home to Newcastle. Joshua has done many blips in this area and I was really amazed at the park and Wendy's Secret Garden below it and to the left of this image. It was created by Wendy Whiteley (wife of Brett the artist). I tried to find out more about this street art but alas the main thing that came up on google was Joshua's image of it. A mystery.
