Village flowers

Popped down to the village shops and decided to cross the road and take a photo of these flowers which are around the base of the village sign. There's a nice selection that are beginning to bloom now I thought. It's absolutely perishing out there today. We'd hoped to have a Chinese for lunch, but although they claimed to be open on Bank Holiday they weren't open at lunch-time, so sandwiches for lunch and Chinese later! :-)
